Does light have any kind of effect on chlorine? does it deteriorate it or anything? what happens to chlorine bleach when it's in direct sunlight? i know that when chlorine bleach is in the sun, the killing power of it starts to weaken, but how and why does it do that? does pH have anything to with this? i've looked everywhere for info on this but cant find a thing that links to my question. can you help?
