Or make any controlled movement about their three axies in space unless 
they started by pushing off on a larger mass or firing thrusters?  If they 
can, then why does the new SAFER jet pack built by NASA have 24 verniers 
for directional control? It should only need one, affixed to the center 
back of the suit to simply push the astronaut once he has oriented himself 
in the right direction? Which is it and why?
