Subject: What r hadrons, gluons, leptons, and how r they related to protons etc.?

I have to build a 3D shell model of an atom using 5 components in an atom 
other than protons, electons, and nuerons.  I know that quarks (up and 
down) make up the protons and neurons, so there is one components, but I 
need to know how to relate gluons, hadrons, and leptons, and possible 
photons into a model.  What makes up what and how do I know?
