To speedup the process of your hair growth you can take milk as much as 
possible ... make your diet full of nutrients and  do take care of the 
hygiene of your hair. This is the way you will have your hair healthy 
and perhaps grow a little bit faster... but not very much faster and 
there is no way you can make this process faster naturally.
There are medicines for the purpose of hair growth stimulation but i won't 
suggest you to take them at your early age.
