This is a question on my lab.  I am supposed to base this on the cell 
structure.  After looking at the cell structure I can not tell if it is 
polar or not.  Half of the molecule if negative and half is positive, but 
then at the ends are positive.  Does that make the molecule polar or not 
polar?
