Subject: genetic question of a zoot

Zoot's come in 2 colors; brown and white and there are few Zoot's that are 
tan and shiny. Zoot's are either intelligent or moronic. finally Zoot's 
are either short or shorter.  Given these traits how can you find the 
domminant or recessive nature of the alleles.  

Test subjects Zoot 1 brown, short and moronic.
Zoot 2 white, shorter and intelligent.

This is a homework question for my brother. He attends school in Ohio.  I 
live in California and am having difficulty in helping him with this
