I'm fifteen years old and find that when going to bed, it takes me about
an average of an hour and a half to actually fall asleep. I know that, for
the average person, it takes about seven minutes. However, when I do
sleep, I often dream very vividly. I rarely take caffeine or other drugs
that might alter my sleep patterns. Could my insomnia be due to stress?
