I have 100 ml of HCl with pH 2.0 and am trying to find out how much pepsin
I should add to the solution if I want to break down proteins in it. I read
somewhere that I need a .5% solution, by it did not indicate by mass of
volume of whatever. So, how much pepsin should I add to make a solution
that can break down proteins.
