if a piece of potato is added to hydrogen peroxide, the rate of reaction
increases as the volume of a potato increases. however, i do not
understand the science behind this theory. i have read it in a book, but
it does not explain what it means at all. i am confused and even my
teacher does not know the answer! i have looked EVERYWHERE and i still can
not find anything! help! roopal.
