Do T-cells grow in culture? If so, why aren't we breeding them to inject 
into AIDS patients and thereby lengthen lives? Why don't AIDS vaccines 
work so far? Why is the AIDS population rising so rapidly if people are so 
well-informed about its existence (I mean, it seems as though AIDS and 
genital herpes rates would be rising equally since they are both incurable 
STDs. But it seems like AIDS is rising far more dramatically.)
