Subject: is there any way to calculate how many amperes battery provide?

I am wondering, if i could calculate amperes in the wire connected to
of the battery with no resistors in circuit, also how to find the charge of
battery in formula V=W/Q with W(the energy absorbed or expanded) unknown?
