I don't know if I asked that question correctly, but I'm trying to find out
which material makes the best insulator. I know that a substances property of
insulation has to do with it's valence electrons or something. I need to know
what determines the valence electron make up, and what the make up is like in
cotton, wool, polyester, nylon, and rayon. Please help! Thanks.
