There are about 50 extra-solar planets known in our own galaxy with about 8 unconfirmed ones.

There are no known extragalactic planets known because the precision with which we can measure the motion of a star caused by its orbiting planet is too small to do with present day instrumentation. Hubble Space Telescope is not designed to do the kind of measurements that are needed.

For further information/data on the known planets, go to the extrasolar planet encyclopedia. There you will also find lots of information on the methods used to identify extrasolar planets and other useful data.
