Dear Patrick,

This is a wide-open question you sent in, so it would have helped me in
choosing my answers to know your approximate age and country of origin.
Here are four possibles:

1.	'Do-In, the ancient art of rejuvenation through self-massage', a
book by Jacques de Langre ISBN 0-916508-02-1. Pages 91 to 95 have some
useful diagrams showing the meridians on the body and where each pressure
point is located.

2.	Shiatsu, a Japanese and Chinese way of healing by acupressure
which is using thumb or finger pressure on various points in the body to
treat problems. This is a huge area of knowledge, best go to
www.google.com/shiatsu/ This site has zillions of different pages ---
schools, practitioners, booksellers etc. located all over the world.

3.	Basic unarmed combat, e.g. killing or disabling a person by hand
on pressure points. I was taught some of this in school, but will not
describe it. I feel there is already too much aggression in the world and
I don't want it to increase.

4. Pressure points to stop blood flow, as an emergency intervention after
a road traffic accident or similar. This is best learned live, not from
written instruction. You might contact your nearest Red Cross office and
ask if they give classes.

I hope this helps. Let me know if you had something completely different
in mind.

regards,
Bobby
