My apologies for the long delay in getting an answer to you.
Marsupials have somewhere between 22 and 50 teeth, which is quite a lot more than mammals. The exact number will of course depend on what species of marsupial you're interested in (there are several species of kangaroo). You can find all kinds of references on tooth number in various marsupials by checking out this search at google.com.
