I'm not familiar with this solar cell.  I don't think
the solar cell industry has much to worry about from
competition from this.  There are simple solar cells
that can be made from a copper oxide-coated copper plate
immersed in an electrolyte.  These are old and well
known but I don't have any specific information or
directions.  It goes without saying that such home-grown
cells are likely to be very inefficient and are of
interest only to demonatrate the photoelectric effect.
