Many of the teachers I work with are vegetarians.  I had mentioned that you can 
only get essential amino acids from eating meat.  They all said that every type 
of protein that is found in meat can also be obtained from plants.  I am an 
Earth Science teacher, and they teach biology so I want evidence to back my 
statement.  I looked through your archieves and many questions talk about amino 
acids, but none of them answer this question.
