Dear Martin,

I think the answer to your question highly depends on what is the task ! 
Since I must understand your question in a large way, I would answer that 
what you see is a thing but how you interpret it is another. If you have a 
task to do, maybe it is possible to organise it into a graphical form that 
will help you to understand better what you have to do. What you see then 
may be a starting point to accomplish your task properly. The 
interpretation of what you see also depend of your previous learning ; a 
given graphic may mean a lot to someone and nothing to another. That is, 
you must also learn how to interpret what you see.  Maybe you can precise 
your question by an example and I’ll can answer more exactly. Thanks for 
the question !
