There are no "standard" definitons for the pins on an integrated circuit (IC).  
Usually power is abreviated as PWR, the clock is CLK, and ground is GND.  The 
abreviations used are up to the designer of the IC (either an individual or a 
manufacturer).  The best thing to do is to use the "spec sheet" for the 
particular IC in which you are interested.  You should be able to get the spec 
sheets from the manufacturer's web site.
