I am looking for some ways that the earth's age was thought to be before radio 
active isotop[e dating was made.  For eaxmaple, I have found Kalin's theory and 
a little on the rate of erosion and deposition to find the age of the earth.  
If you could please reply with some other ways the earth was previosly dated 
and/or some places I could find some imformation on it.  Thank You Please
