Message:

Starch reacts with Iodine to form a blue black complex. Take a solution of 
Iodine in Potassium Iodide solution. Place a sample in the dimple tile and 
add a few drops of the Iodine solution and blue/black colour indicates the 
presense of starch. Detmination of which type or exactly how much is very 
dfficult.
