Thank you for writing back (my mom is helping me write the e-mails)--My
science fair question at the beginning was "will bean stems grow down if
the only light source is from underneath the plant" My science teacher
said I needed to have more variables so right now I am looking to answer
--If the only light source is from the left, will the bean stem grow to
the left? If the only light source is from the right, will the stem
grown to the right? If the only light source is from below, will the
stem grow down? If the only light source is from above, will the stem
grow up?

I liked the idea of having boxes for each of my plants--my problem now
is do I use regular potted plants , or will it be easier to use
hydroponic soil?I am going to be using light from the window. I guess I
will hang somehow the plant box up where I need to have the plant
exposed to light only from underneath. I hope this answered your
questions and I really want to thank you for writing back so soon!!!
Sincerely, Kristin
