Cancer is an abnormal/uncontrollable cell division which may be
caused by certain viral infections and certain chemical agents called
 carcinogens.
After industrialization, we the human beings have introduced a lot of such
carcinogens into our environment. Such carcinogen were absent in the
 period when dinosaurs were alive!

If at all they get, dinosaurs might have got cancer due to viral
 infections.

less likely to get cancer?". (ID: 975599440.Ev)
