I have heard many discussions about the best color and surface texture of a
piece of metal for it to radiate heat most efficiently, but nobody knows for
sure. I assume a bare piece of metal with high surface area would be best
regardless of color. Is one metal better than another? I am talking about
temps only up to a few hundred degrees C.
