It would become hotter plasma.

Plasma is the state of matter which is energetic enough (therefore "hot" enough) 
that electrons are stripped from atoms. If you make a plasma hotter you strip 
more electrons from the atoms, until you reach a state in which naked nuclei are 
roaming in a sea of free electrons, but it's still a plasma.

"Naked nuclei in a sea of electrons" is something that you don't find except in 
stellar cores or similar situations.
