It's listed as one of the rare side effects. I know you aren't supposed to give 
medical advice, but this isn't really advice. I've asked the company and my 
doctor and they don't know. They just say "Don't use it." But I'm still curious 
as to why in the world a topical solution would give someone chest pains? What 
are the interactions of the chemicals which causes sensation of pain in a 
different part of the body? Is it serious or damaging? You can be as technical 
as you want in answering. This question would probably be best answered by a 
cardiologist. Thanks!
