I have an extra half-rib at the bottom of my rib cage. Is there a name for
this, is it possible for it to cause any problems, and can it be related to
spina bifida or scoliosis? Is there a genetic reason that I would have this
extra rib? (I'm a 4th generation descendent of first cousins - would that make
a difference?) I've looked everywhere for this and my doctors don't clearly
answer my question, either. You're my last hope! Thanks in advance, and keep
up the great work!
