two ways, if i understand the question correctly:

1) you can take a presentation and save it as web pages, with links and 
all.  use the "save as web page" option under "file."

2) you can highlight text or images in a presentation and go to "insert" 
and then "hyperlink" and make that object hyperlink to someplace within 
the presentation or to a web page.
