In the summer of 1999 I planted a purple lilac bush (small in size) as of this
spring it has not produced any blooms. The bush recieves mostly sun to some
partial shade. It now stands about 3 feet and has a healthy folidge. It is
planted near two pine trees (just wondering if possibly the high acid has
anything to do with it) thank you for any help you can give me.
