hello Susan,

Well I couldn't find any sort of standard list for anthocyanin extinction
coefficients, but I did find some web resources that may help you.

This site doesn't have any extinction coefficients, but it does discuss
theory of light absorption in plants. I thought you might find it
intersting (and useful!):

http://www.iupui.edu/~geotech/g436/lecture3/lecture3.html

The next two sites both give extinction coefficients of anthocyanin. The
catch is that they are different. one gives a value of 28,000 M^-1cm^-1
and the other 38,000 M^-1cm^-1. I'm not sure which will better suit
primrose anthocyanins, but looking up the references may give you more
confidence in choosing one or the other.

good luck with your project!
