Message:
Epsom Salts (magnesium sulfate) is sometimes recommended for use in a warm bath
for sore muscles. Is there some mechanism whereby this works? Or is it just an
old wive's tale, and the action is in the warmth of the water?
Thanks,
A biochemistry professor with inquisitive students
