Hi, I think this question involves both neuroscience and nutrition. I am trying to find out which foods (high in carbohydrates, protein, etc.) cause depression (passiveness), and which cause aggressiveness. Do neurotransmitters, such as seratonin, cause depression? And are they found in carbohydrates? If not, which foods are they actually most abundant in? Thank-you all so much for your help, if you can provide any! Thanks for your time! Sparkability@aol.com
