MadSci Network: Astronomy |
I'm asking this because i made a pretty close to scale model of the solar system by making the planets and sun out of plaster. The planets did not turn out to be perfectly sperical instead some are oval and some lopsided. To prevent myself from becoming completly frustrated of myself, I decided to ask professionals. I researched all the books and sites i possibly could, please help me out.
Re: Are planets perfectly round, or can they be oval and lopsided?
