I realize this is a medical oriented question, however I'd appreciate it if you could tell me where I could find an answer to this question. I work in a healthcare facility. The air flow throughout the building is about 4 times higher than what would be typical. The reason this is done is to keep the air fresh. There is never any urine odor which is what would be expected in a facility such as this. However, quite a few staff feel a sense of irritability which creates many interpersonal problems resulting in low morale. When leaving the building one feels a sense of relief, like a weight has been lifted. I'm curious if long term exposure to higher than normal air pressure levels could be contributing to this problem. I'd appreciate any help you can provide me.
