One of the vital necessities for moon colonization would be water. Would it be
possible or even feasible to harvest the needed water from passing comets?
Comets are made almost entirely of ice (water) and could be used as such a
source. Could a missile with an explosive or even nuclear warhead be used to
intercept and break up such a passing comet into manageable chunks?
