If brain is defined as part of central nervoussystem in cranium only.
Then there is possibility that knee jerk reflex will be present for some 
time after brain death.
But yet I cannot gurantee of time as 15 minutes.
On decapicitation there can be presence of reflexes for certain length of 
time in some conditions, but the nature of reflexes will be altered , as 
they have lost central controll over them.
I feel this helps.
