I've learnt that, out of the four forces in nature, the electromagnetic force
is the one present in radiation phenomena. But I've gotten the idea somewhere
that it is also responsible for the positive and negative charges manifest in
subatomic particles. These two manifestations do not seem, at first, to be
related, so if they are, what is the relation, and if they are not, then what
force in nature accounts for the attractive forces of particles and how?
