Subject: Why do we still (in evolutionary terms) have some of our reflexes?

Some reflexes seem unnecessary, like the "patella-reflex", the
"cardio-ocularreflex", the "Babinsky-reflex". How some they live on? Is it just
because doctors can test our nervous-system???
