Videos tapes in North America, Canada and Japan are formatted differently from 
those in Western Europe (PAL) thus preventing you from watching the tape of aa 
American cousin's wedding in Ireland. Is there anyway to overcome this barrier? 
And are DVD's formatted differently in different countries, since they're all 
MPEG?
