I work on 24 hour call for anywhere in the world.. I have avoided taking anti-
malarial drugs as I do not think it is safe to take them on a permanent 
basis..Please advise on the risks of use and non-use.. I have asked several 
places and never received a straight answer.. You have no responsibility for my 
action on your answer..
