Greetings,

I have not been able to find any information on the method you mentioned 
for hair removal.  Perhaps your spelling is incorrect. 
There are a tremendous number of internet sites devoted to hair removal.

Manufacturers seem to have their own interpretation of what is meant by 
permanent  hair removal.  In the context of hair removal, permanent can be 
a period of years.  In other cases , manufacturers describe a few months 
as permanent.  It is generally accepted that electrolysis or laser 
treatment are the only truly permanent methods of hair removal.
