I have been trying to find out how I could take some caps and either put them 
in series or in parallel to increase their farad rating.  Some people tell me 
that I should put them in series and that would make my farads increase and 
keep my voltage the same.  Others tell me that you would put them in parallel 
to do it.  Which is correct and why??
