i have been wondering... why do most of the mutations cause the defects (some disabilities) rather than giving the benefits to the individual(eg: like some science fiction, the mutation gives a pair of wings to a human? ) i have seened some pic of people having 6 fingers or cows have one more leg, why does not natural selection favor for people having 6 fingers? i think people have 6 fingers can have more benefits tnan 5 fingers?
Re: isn't 6 fingers better than 5 fingers?
