I'm building a simple electrostic motor powered by a Vandegraf generator.  One 
of the stators of the motor is hooked up to the bowl of the generator, which 
gives that stator a, let's say, negative charge.  Where do I get the "positive" 
charge from?  I've tried hooking to the base of the VDG but don't get a strong 
field.  Doesn't the VDG have a positive source somewhere?
