I read a journal article a number of years ago where some physician was asking 
for documented medical extremes, lowest blood count, highest PSA, longest coma 
duration, etc. to create in effect a "Guinness Book of World Records" for 
medicine. (Guinness has a feeble medical records site.) Was such a compilation 
or website ever created? My search engines all bog down with references 
to "medical records".
