A web browser provides a "back" button that causes the browser to return to the page visited prior to the one presently being visited. It also provides a "go" button to show a listing of pages recently visited, in the order they were visited, but excluding the pages from which the user departed by pressing the back button. For example, a user starts at page A, then follows a link to page B, and then to page C. The go button displays the list A B C. The user then clicks on the back button, and the list changes to A B. When the user hits the back button again, the list reduces to A. Suppose a user visits pages A, B, C, and D in that order, then clicks on the back button twice, then visits page E, then clicks on the back button three times, then visits pages F, G, and H in that order, then clicks on the back button again, and then visits page I. What list of pages will be displayed when the user clicks on the go button?
Re: will you please send me an info. on how the Go back button works?
