For my science fair project, I am doing a project that involves using a 
voltmeter to measure the amount of volts batteries have.  I have been looking 
all over, and I can hardly find any information at all about voltmeters.  The 
information that I do find is very hard for me to understand.  I would really 
appreciate it if you could help me out.
