How do I find the 'efficency of a rubber band' ? I will need to apply a certain
force, measureable with a Newton meter, in order to stretch a rubber band, BUT
how do I measure the force given out once I let go of the stretched rubber
band? What formula do I use once I have found force to calculate the
efficiency? In advance a big thank you for the help.......
