Hello Alli There are three planets visible in the early night sky right now. Mars is in the west in the constellation Aquarius. Saturn is in the constellation Taurus and is northwest of Orion's head near the bright star Aldeberan. The brightest planet visible in the sky right now is Jupiter; it is northeast of Orion's head in the constellation Gemini. I have attached a web site that will allow you to print out star charts for any day and time. Just go to the site, follow the instructions to tell the program where you are and then select "Whole Sky Chart" This will display a chart of the sky at that time. At the bottom you can set the date and time for any night. With this, you can answer you own question. I think it is probably Jupiter. http://www.heavens-above.com/
