Hello yasmin, 
   Fluoride may  cause damage to the teeth and there are many other side 
effects related to the intake of fluoride. for example it may be 
carcinogenic, leading cause of hip fractures, and above all may lead to 
fluorosis( the brown staining of the teeth). And offcource these side 
effects are also related to the incresed ammount of fluoride intake. You 
can't perform any experiment on that, because it may take too long but all 
u have to do is to collect all statistics about the normal value of 
fluoride in many things.
